新手求助：丰田Camry无法启动

丰田Camry2016年，跑了3万6千英里。一月份刚换的电池。今天想用车， 结果无法启动。见视频。

先是怀疑电瓶出问题，到Costco置换了一个电瓶， 装上后还是无法启动。 两三个星期前遇到过相同问题，不过车子后来启动了。

从视频中可以看到，发动的瞬间，电压从12.4伏特降到11.3伏. 会是什么部件坏了？拜谢大家！
