1999 Civic EX P1399,P0301,P0303,P0300 Misfire Problem -- What to

2-days ago car started with difficulty but started (battery is only one year old), but with obviously louder noise than normal. This morning the CEL started flashing while on the way to work (1.5 mile drive) and engine almost stalled while iding waiting for traffic light. Checked code with P1399 only (random misfire) when I parked in company's parking lot. At noon time I tried to get my car home and found it was hard to accelerate and noise level increased when accelerating. Checked code again after arriving home with P0300, P0301,P0303,P1399.

What shoudl I check /change first on the misfire issues. -- Thanks a lot for advice.
