如果价钱差不多， 买 PRIUS 还是 买 CHEVY　VOLT？

Chevey lowered 2016 VOLT MSPR by almost 2K and improved electric range.   Now with Federal and state incentives,  the Chevy

VOLT is about the same as Prius Hybrid.    Would you buy the Volt with Carpool sticker?  or still a Prius?
