Two things to be looked into

Firstly, you don't have to be sorry for not being able to type Chinese, we are communicating in English well. Ok. Two things might have gone wrong, one is antisway bar bushing and or control arms. To find out is very simple, they can just lift the car with all wheels on the lift as if it sits on the ground, so they can walk around underneath the car, using a pry bar yo pry around the suspension parts, looking for any excessive play, or even reproduce the noise if they are lucky. They should know what to do and fix it, that's what the warranty for.
