Two things to be looked into

To find out is very simple, they can just lift the car with all wheels on the lift as if it sits on the ground, so they can walk around underneath the car, using a pry bar yo pry around the suspension parts, looking for any excessive play, or even reproduce the noise if they are lucky. They should know what to do and fix it, that's what the warranty for.
