前挡风玻璃下边一个橡胶皮条脱落，这个东西英文叫什么名字，自己如何更换呀？

我的车子是2008  Toyota Sienna LE 。前挡风玻璃下方一根很长的橡胶皮条脱落了，自己如何更换
