1. Worst new feature.
2. True, Is it only for hybrid vehicle?
3. I can listen to radio and use GPS the same time. it is easy to switch interface. This is not bad. The main problem is the OEM GPS is generally suck. I use aftermarket one, such as Pioneer or Kenwood.
