维吉尼亚的火花

最近G35在West Virginia I64上开久了以后接着在高速上爬山的时候敲缸，翻了翻维修手册说是可能是因为火花塞的热值不合适，长期高速应该用cold type,原装的是standard type，于是决定都换掉。


换火花塞说起来其实很简单，就很换螺栓一样把旧的扭拧下来把新的拧上去就行了，这在以前是轻而易举的，可是对于现在的发动机，进气歧管啥的一大堆东西把火花塞都堵得严严实实的，特别是V6，所以先得从外围入手，把进气管带空滤拆了

里面的空滤



大黑管另一头的气门阀都全漏光了，这时是清洗的好时候，可是上次清洗过了现在还干净所以就没管了。



大黑管下面方形的点火线圈



另一边的3个就光是线束挡住，把卡子拧下来掰一边就看到了



把黑方块边上的螺栓拧下来



就能把点火线圈拔出来了

看到点火线圈下面插住的火花塞尾端了吗？



火花塞拧出来了，6个白金标准型



77433KM了，看起来左边那个是正常的，右边的有点过热了,



近点看，注意左二的粉红色，过热了



就是中间那个



5,6也粉红了，特别是6，



可是电极都还好



看来就这三个引起了叫缸，全都换新的，NGK，cold type, $12.49一个。



不能扭太紧把铝缸体螺纹拧花就毁了发动机了，也不能扭太松不然气缸里混合气爆炸做功的时候把火花塞轰飞能把引擎盖打穿了，得扭到24NM，得上这个





西门子工程师装机器的吃饭家伙，每年都按时校准的，看到上面的校准封了吗？



像所有行动一样总会出现意外，这个也不例外。就在拆线束卡子的时候手一滑，卡子掉到了发动机底板上了左看右看死活都找不到，两小时了，就要放弃决定钻车底卸底板了，再试试，敲了敲底板，嘿，颠出来了，看到，钓鱼！钓出来了，就是它！花了俺俩小时！



火花行动，老手艺带来新火花，希望能消灭了敲缸这个敌人。
