"把皮带轮转到0”是否就是Setting No.1 Cylinder to TDC? “上止点” = TDC"

没错，不过在0时是压缩行程完成以后的上止点，compression top dead center.TDC也可以是排气行程的 上止点，只有在0时才是compression top dead cente。
