Throttle body on 2008 quest

我有一辆2008 quest， 前两天去做maitainice, dealer 说 F/I throttle body is very dirty. It takes $136 for cleaning it up.可是我查了一下，只要买一罐cleaner 就可以搞定，好像很简单。是我miss掉了什么比较重要的步骤么？还是那个dealer 想骗我钱。谢谢大家的指点啊。
我的车现在刚过3 w miles. dealer 说的做transmission fluid flush （>$130).
coolant flush (>$100).
我看手册上面还有lubricate all locks and hingers，这个自己可以做吧，有哪些locks 尤其是hingers 我需要上润滑油呢？什么样的润滑油好呢？
