换本田定时皮带时，crankshaft pulley 的固定螺栓怎么也拧不下来，请指教！谢

用扳手飞轮跟着走，用impect wrench打不下来，是电动的， 350lb的扭力，都不行，松动剂也上了。手册上说上的时候用184lb的力。见图

请问气动的扳手和电动的有什么区别？看来即使是气动扳手也够呛了。
