自动档开着车掉档

车是RX300 1999 LEXUS，室外温度-3C，开着车感觉给油无动力掉档，重起引擎后可以挂上，再开个几公里又出同样的情况，反复几次了，现在不敢再开出去了。变速箱油无烧灼味道，颜色没有太多异样，液面正常。各位打下给分析一下是怎么回事，有什么办法。等大侠们分析，万谢！

大概三个星期前有一次挂不上后档的情况，后来正常就没处理。
