You need take this car to the Lexus dealer, and the dealer should take care of it (very expensive).  It is not common for Toyota or Lexus cars to have transimission problem, unlike Honda (Honda Odyssey & Accord with V6 engines).  But, your car is over 11 years old, and this problem may show up.
