请教爱车的大拿：transmission fluid该是啥色儿？

每次去换机油，都被告知transmission fluid棕色是因为transmission脏了，干净的transmission fluid该是粉红色。还被告知需要flush the transmission fluid，而不是drain and refill。是这个道理吗？

Honda dealer说棕色正常，能信他们的话吗？
