you will your transmission.

Honda never recommended transmission flush by the after market machines. With Honda, you only use Honda's genuine ATF, or your transmission will not shift correctly.

If you do not want to DIY, you can go to Honda dealer, and ask the Honda dealer to drain and refill with Honda ATF. If you do it every 30k, you Honda trans will last longer than the engine.
