Cost for fixing P1362 code problem on CIVIC LX

Hi,

My car recently check engine is on and had the code checked, it says P1362 undocumented, it is honda civic LX 2000 and ran about 115K, autoadvance suggests to let the dealer check, emission and safety check also is due on this month. Hu*****and suggests to buy a new one, don't fix it anymore. want to get some suggestions from you? It is worth to repair or buy a new one?
