my JK is a daily commuter also, therefore I can not afford to leave it in upgrade stage for too long.
I just want to do step by step upgrade so each step
will take a day to finish.
As you have recommended, lift first and put the tire
on. Then I will have JK under powered for a while, then go to bodyshop to do the regear. WIll it be OK?
Also, I saw from your previous post You did Budget lift and body lift yourself. How long did it take?
I am currently seeking for a lift kit that is a compomise for both on and offroad. So far, my
preferred choice is
3.5 AEV Nth degree short arm lift (Premium)
http://www.aev-conversions.com/products/nthdegree_jk/tech_specs.php
This one seems provide good on/offroad compromise and
includes a complete steering/alignment package also.
Please let me know about your opinion on this lift kit
