紧急求助：06 Rav 4,要价1W5，值得买吗？

就一任车主，日本人，卖车理由是10月底要搬回日本。 开了差不多3W多mile. 我们自己查vin#,没有事故纪录，试开车况也不错。据车主提供的上一次maintain是2W5mile,今年1月份.

我们想砍价到1W4.车主说现在不考虑卖给我们，他在等其他人的回复，下周还有另外一个appointment等等。

请教大家，如果我们1万5拿下这辆车，是不是合算！ 多谢~！
