如果我是你的话，根本不会考虑买2手车

都已经出到1万4，5 了。为什么还要买2手车？现在“Cash for Clunkers”已经结束了，各个dealer的销售都慢下来了。base model的RAV-4的出门价也就2万。考虑到只差$5000， 实在还是买新车合算。
(1)06年的车其外形已经被更新，它已经不是最新的RAV-4外形。
(2)比竟是3年多老，3万miles的老车了。
综上所述，就是第一条就和今天的新车差价>>$5千，更何况还是旧的而且还有3万迈。
