这是transmission fluid的问题吗？

最近几个礼拜每天早上从parking lot倒车出来时，换档的shift很紧。而且从P档到R档时，能感觉到transmission咣当一声，换档动静很大。车多开一会儿，熄火再重新发动换档时这毛病就没了。请问这是ATF的原因吗？自己查了一下，好像level也正常，也不脏。
