your car appears pretty old. over time, the seals inside of trans are hardened, making the fluid leaking from one place to another. normally this symptom is only on cold start.
although it's an indication of trans failure, you don't need to fix it since you can do nothing except rebuild. drive it as you normally do, changing fluid at every 30kmi. until the day comes that it can't be driven any more. i have seen cars with this symptom drivable for many years.
