换轮胎好费劲啊，wrench 不对？

2000 Buick Lesarbe custom.
用了几个wrench，轮胎上的螺丝帽紧的要命，可能我用的大小和型号都不对。
是不是要用专用的wrench?

我看了看螺丝上,好像有metric of 9 。
但我不知道是什么意思，该买什么样的工具比较省力气，谢谢。
