The worst I haven’t say yet. It happens when you are coasting. You turn the gear shift from N to D when the speed is not zero, a mechanical jerk is expected (did you experience this?). This is because shift from N to D at zero speed is a design assumption for the Toyota automatic transmission. This jerk is very much undesirable.
