请帮我诊断下我的老车的毛病

1995年的Honda civic，15万多迈了，跟了我多年，走南闯北，一直没什么大毛病。今年以来明显觉得车子在刚启动或等红绿灯时抖动很厉害，而且更严重的是发动机过热了。检查了下，加了coolant和补漏的粉末，坚持了几个月，现在过热的毛病又来了。表现在堵车时发动机温度迅速升高，在全速开动后温度会降下来。加了coolant后，液面下降较快，估计是哪里漏了。

想请教一下，如果我希望这辆车能再发挥几年余热，那么检查加修理大概什么价位比较公平？谢谢大侠指教。
