劳工出车祸，紧急求救

劳工开车下雨路滑撞到高速路边树上，人在critical care,车全毁。

1。 是single car accident, 车从passenger side撞上树，driver side air bag 没有弹出来。是2002 toyato rav4, 当年买的新车，几年来没有出过任何事。

2。 事后我发现劳工买的geico的保险，personal injury protection waived.

请教：

1. 是不是保险公司不会cover 劳工的医疗费用？我们有医疗保险。

2. 需要找律师对air bag　的事和保险公司或toyata 交涉吗？
