从你们的保险条款看，保险公司不会付医疗费，你们是只保车不管人，这有点奇怪。看来要用自己的医疗保险，就看你们的co-pay是怎样的比例了。在美国的医院，几天花掉10万是很快的。

如果你老公的受伤和气囊没有弹出有直接关系，是可以起诉头又大公司的，不过个人作不了，要请专门的律师才行。
所以你们一方面要给老公疗伤，另一方面要尽快找有经验的律师。你可以去网上考古那些以前起诉汽车公司的案子，和那些律师联系一下，看他们有什么说法，尽快立案，尽快取证。
