1. Does your car insurance have medical build in?
2. It is not your agent's job to tell you claim or not. It is case manager's job to tell you such information.
3. If you dont get $$$$, your insurance rate will not increase because of this claim. However, you will have a record of injury. You will have problem when you have medical insurance. This record can be forever.
4. Other company may accept your insurance but excluding this as pre-existing condition.
