1) Does your car insurance have medical build in?
No , I don’t have.
2) It is not your agent's job to tell you claim or not. It is case manager's job to tell you such information.
I have a case manager after I got accident.but she represents my auto insurance company,
I think she should never ask me to claim for this matter because she should try to let company pay me as less as it can, that meet company's benefit.

3) …… you will have problem when you have medical insurance.
I don’t understand what your mean. If your mean auto insurance will not pay me because I have medical insurance. Please explain.
