在有着双黄线的地方进了Carpool Lane（在南加州）请大家帮忙看一下

请大家帮我看看这种情况上庭胜利的可能性有多少？
我住在南加州，今天中午，我和老公开在高速公路上，由于前面的车急刹车，我急忙一躲，进了左Lane，可是左Lane是有着双黄线的Carpool Lane。结果警察一下子就窜出来了，给了一张罚单。
这可是我来美六年多的第一次呀！心里很是难受。请这里比较了解的同胞帮忙看一下，这种情况，我有必要上庭辩解一下么？另外会扣点么？保险费会涨么？
