车祸求助

上个星期三晚上在一个五车道的路口发生了车祸，我从南向北直行，他从西到东直行。我进入路口时是黄灯，撞上时是红灯。所以我想他肯定是闯了红灯，因为即时我这边变成红灯后，他那边也应该是左转灯刚亮而已。问题是这样，我刚拿到了警察报告，警察报告说是我的责任，说我run the red light。当时有个证人，证人跟警察说是我的责任，警察报告上证人证言是这样的：Witness said that he was behind V1. It was going slow and as they approached the intersection the light was yellow. At the time of the collision the light was red.我想我进入时是黄灯，那他肯定是红灯才对。他的速度还很快，比我快得多。警察还给了我一个running stop light的ticket。 现在我该怎么办？
