修车问题,大家能给些建议吗?真的很烦!

我的车是TOYOTA AVALON 2000 XLS 100,000MILE.两个月前CHECK ENGINE LIGHT,VSC, VSC OFF 三个灯亮.去了一个街边的,说是要换两个O-2SENSOR.我有去了另一个街边的,不同的TROUBLE CODE,是一大串,说是要换TPS(THROTTLE POSTION SENSOR).还要我做TUNE UP.后来他帮我只关了三个灯,说如果在亮再去修,现在又亮了.
我现在很困惑,到底到哪里去修我的车,DEALER那边肯定贵,说是LABOR 贵,不哪位知道他们一个小时CHARGE 多少钱人工费. 在这里看到又说街边没有一个不黑的.我的车问题是电子系统问题,估计后院自己摸索的不一定有好的工具来诊断,再者我也不认识.
大家能给些建议,我该哪里去修呢?我在NYC,哪位能给些推荐呢?不懂车,真的很难,被人宰,也不知道.呜呜,要是在国内就好了,不用我操心了.
