请教高手：启动打火需要很长时间

96Mercury,80000 miles, 一直正常工作。最近启动时比较费劲，拧着钥匙很长时间电池灯才灭，伴随着塔塔塔的声音。一旦启动之后就完全正常。
对车了解太少，哪位高人指点一下，不胜感谢。
