修车: PEPBOYS VS HONDA DEALER

各位大侠：
我的ACCORD (POWER STERRING SYSTEM)发现渗油有一段时间了。大概半年左右要加
一次FLUID。前段到PEPBOYS做车简建议把STERRING RACK换了，花了5百多刀。结果
不到10来天，油又漏光了。PEPBOYS 说新RACK有MANUFACTURE DEFECT，又换了一个。
也就坚持了10来天，又不行了。第三次是SERVICE MANAGER亲自出马，换了另一个MANUFACTURE的
RACK。结果这次才走了十几MILE就不行了，一查，油都到BOOTS里了。PEPBOYS坚持
不是RACK的问题，因他们那里条件不够，打到HONDA DEALER那里去查PUMP 和PRESSURE
LINE。下面是简查解果：
checked for power steering leak. Rack appears to be leaking. Power steering
line has been rounded off and will need to be replaced. Front rear bean
has been cut into. Both lower ball joints are missing cotter pins. Refer
back to repair shop which replaced rack ━Need to install rack correctly,
tighten power steering lines, repair front rear beam which is damaged, replace
cotter pins req’d for front ball joints.

Checked power steering pressure. Power steering pressure at Spec (Spec is
15KG/CM2 pressure is 13KG/CM2). Power steering line connections are damaged
(NUTS rounded).However, H

把REPORT拿回去，PEPBOYS竟不认，不答应从新装。我们还在为自己的利益斗争。是
PEPBOY让我们去DEALER那里查的，BUT THEY DON’T TRUST THEIR REPORT。 WHO CAN
WE TRUST？

各位懂行的有什么招数没有？另外，为什么第三次换的更烂了？
