it IS a marketing issue.

if Consumer's Choice is not a marketing issue, what is a marketing issue? Your marketing pro would be very very angry if you say so in his class. :)

BonBon's question is whether the consumers vote for the company that care more about safety and invest more in safty innovation. It seems that they don't really care much til now, but I would say that it might change in future. Big Three's problem has little to do with this discussion.
