Neither State Farm Nor black girl has done anything wrong!!!
Next time, NEVER ever admit you have done anything wrong in an car accident even if it is obvious.
Doing so has nothing to do with honest or integrity, just because the money paid by the insurance company is not your money, it is the insurance company's money. Therefore, you have ONLY right to protect your insurance comapny from being claimed.
In this case, neither the black girl nor the State Farm has done anything wrong. The balck girl was trying protect her insurance comapny from being claimed, and the State Farm has the right to refuse to pay your claim just because you have admitted that you were not careful enough.
The police will decide who is wrong. So just follow what the verdict says, nothing more and nothing less. It is just a lawful society in which everybody can play it within the acceptable limit.
