Planning to develop my career in China

Why I didn't hear anything from those companies(in China as I am planning to return to China at the end of May 2009) that I submitted my CV? (I got over 2 years industry experience in Sydney Australia). Do I need to submit Chinese CV coz all I submitted was English CV, will those companies call my Australia mobile if they interested at me, any suggestions?
