many domestic trained hr manager in mnc & or recruiting consultants from international hr service providers with reputation do not receive proper training - knowledge about business is rediculously unbalanced: consultant works for a brand global recruiter can encourage candidate to 'show off' but do not know what the exactly skills/knowledge an employer specified for that vacancy...

chaotic still in china this sector the same as others perform ...
