9. Over Current Protect Test (OCP)
設定負載然後將待測物開機，依照OCP-1 及OCP-2 選擇的爬升組別，去選擇對應組別中Step Current 的設定電流，從開機時的電流值開始往上爬升負載電流量，每爬升一步，停留一段時間 (Step Time)，並記錄一次當時OCP-1 及OCP-2 的電流值，一直爬升到OCP-1 及OCP-2 對應組別中End Current 所設定的電流量，或待測物發生保護當機時，即停止電流量往上爬升，並取得待測物產生保護當機時之最大電流值(若選擇爬升兩組，就有兩個最大電流值)予以記錄，此數值即為OCP 的測試值；在測試過程中若是Upper 值≦+5VSB 電壓值
≧Lower 值，或任何一組的負載電流量已經爬升到End Current 所設定的電流量，而待測物仍然未發生保護當機時，會記錄測試值為0，停止OPP 測試並且記錄此項測試結果為FAIL。
只選擇爬升一組時判斷PASS 或 FAIL 的方式：
若OCP 的Go-NoGo Upper 值＞測試值＞OCP 的 Go-NoGo Lower 值，則此項測試結果為PASS，否則此項測試結果為 FAIL。
選擇爬升兩組時判斷PASS 或 FAIL 的方式：
OCP-1 及OCP-2 的判斷方式與選擇爬升一組時的判斷方式相同，但是必須OCP-1 及OCP-2都是PASS 時，則此項測試結果才為 PASS，否則此項測試結果為 FAIL。

Set the load, then start the analyte, select the given Step Current that corresponding to the group chosen by OCP-1 and OCP-2 for the testing of increasing in current value. Increase the initial loading current by one Step Current stage by stage, after completing every step of increment, wait for some time and then record the current value of OCP-1 and OCP-2, the current value will continue increasing until it reach the value set by End Current which corresponding to the group in OCP-1 and OCP-2, or the increase of current value will stop when the protecting crash for the analyte take place. At this point, the current value observed is the maximum current value which also is the tested value of OCP (if the increases of current value in two groups were selected, there would be two maximum current values). During the course of testing, if the Upper value ≦ +5 VSB and ≧ Lower value, or the load current of any group has already reached the certain value set by End Current while the protecting crash for the analyte still have not take place, if that is the case, then record zero as the testing value and stop OPP testing, that means the test result is FAIL.
The approach to judge PASS or FAIL when one group is selected for increase of current value:
If test value falls between the OCP Go-NoGo Upper value and OCP Go-NoGo Lower value, then the result of this test is PASS, otherwise FAIL.
The approach to judge PASS or FAIL when two groups are selected for increase of current value:
The approach to judge PASS or FAIL for two groups (OCP-1 and OCP-2) is the same approach as one group is selected, but for passing the test, both of two groups must pass the test, otherwise FAIL.
