我遇过类似情况，开关几次upstream的热水faucet(在厕所)，每次几分钟，就打通了厨房的"经脉".

希望你们的水管没有爆裂。

Let the faucet drip when temperature drops below certain degree, say < 10F. It's much cheaper than piping repair.
