这个加一个sink 的估价如何

 

考虑在主卧房间贴外墙加一个bar sink, 

需开挖新的sewer 连到15 feet 外的clean out,。

挖一尺半深， 有大约5 尺水泥地，其余的是草地。

进水是从attic ，接大约 25 feet。

 

Plumber 说如果只是 要work ， 4500

如果要 permit , pass inspection,  6500

 

我没问清楚两种做法做工的差别
