service animal你们收费吗？

没有经历过，有个申请人说有个service animal， 不知道你们收不收pet deposit& month fee etc. 还有， 这些动物有经过训练吗？对房子的破坏性多大？还有， 你们查不查sevice animal是不是 certified?
