这种尺寸的vanity怎么换

请教一下，有个夹在两道墙之间的长度是41”3/4 的vanity想换个新的，但是网上能找到的带top的都是42”，长了一点点，应该怎么办呢？是不是只能买不带top的vanity，然后想办法去配个custom的top？
