我发email问了五个问题，但是对方回答就一句话。 看看我这些问题是问的多余了吗？

下面是我的问题，我问得太多了吗？

Can you please kindly help me with the following questions:

1. How many months this rent assistance will be helping my tenant? Will it last till the end of the lease? Or it is only for September only?
2. How much it will cover every month?
3. Will the rent assistance be paid directly to me? Or to my tenant?
4. Will I receive a 1099 form for tax return purpose?
5. Can you refer me to any landlord who are receiving the assistance of this program now?
