信用分 550 能租吗

最近收到的application 都不行， 有3 个刚出校的男生想要租， 每个人大概也就挣2000一个月， 我的房租是1850. 看房的时候， 他们说他们的credit score有700 左右，（ 我要求650）， 今天把application 交上来 (他们用的zillow）， 我一看zillow credit score 才550. 这能租吗？

他们已经交了申请费， 我还没有自己查credit score （如果真要租， 我会自己查credit score）， 想着要是不行， 就把钱还给他们， 穷学生， 既然不给人租， 就别浪费人家申请费了。 

3 个男生， 看着倒是都还行， 我不知道是刚出校门， 所以分低， 还是就是分不行。 一担心credit score低， 二担心， 3 个男生合租不稳定， 说不定过一阵就散伙了。 从来没有过这种合租租客， 不知道咋样。 我这里不是大城市downtown， 我没有过这种合租经验。
