请问1955年的CO-OP 值得投资做出租房吗？

这是个小的studio，其它的地点，价钱，方便程度各方面都还满意。

头一回考虑投资co-op，没有经验。听说管理上省心， 想试试。  

不知道这么老的房子值不值得投资。还能出租多少年。
