请教：邻居的一颗死树倒了会砸到我的房子。

这颗树长在邻居家. 以前我一直花钱砍长到我这里的树枝。两年前树死了。我要求邻居砍掉死树，但一直不砍。邻居是一个 什么 christain nonprofit organization. 我不担心树砸到我的房子。就拍伤到人。如果砍死树是我的责任，我当然会砍。不知该如何交涉。
