Thank you for all, but I thought is....

I understand it is better to get loan for investment.  But what to do with the extra 400K?  let it sit in the bank? If I use loan, I have to pay interest $2000 a month!  The housing market is so high now, it may take a couple years to cool down.  That means the 400K will sit on the bank while I have to pay the interest for the loan.  That is why I am asking.
