德州每年弄一次房价涨税，找什么理由去protest?

自住房，从去年到今年，无由无故地被政府高估10多万，要多交$3000房产税！

刚到德州，第一次遇到，不知道如何找理由。

别人卖房，房价上涨是好事，而我是自住房，涨价却是坏事！

邻居中了彩票，要交税，难道我没中奖的，也要多交税？
