投资战略调整：去杠杆

1.  前段时间把所有高利率的房子重贷了，拿出了现金。

2. 最近又重贷把哪些快到期的arm loan closed. 防止在经济危机时重贷。

3. 还掉Line of credits. 准备关掉以防止自己再用，只留一个。

4. 今后几年不再贷款买房了，开始砸现金，降低杠杆。

5. 卖掉部分房产。

 

经济危机快来了，好日子还有1年多。
