这个房子值得投资吗？

房子3年新，很喜欢这个房子。房子要价60万，AirBNB的生意要10万，总共70万。

首付25%的话，所有费用加mortgage，没有啥现金流。

如果现金支付70万，每年纯盈利3万5-4万，回报是5%。

我们觉得回报率低，不是个好deal。但我真的很喜欢这个房子。
